Blepharoplasty Procedure
Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is a very common cosmetic procedure, involving the removal of excess skin and fat from the upper and/or lower eyelids. The procedure usually takes 45 to 90 minutes and can be performed in day surgery or in hospital using local anaesthesia with or without sedation or general anaesthetic. Stitches can be removed after four or five days and the eye area is significantly healed within 10 days; most patients return to work in this time. Double Eyelid Surgery
Double eyelid surgery is a common procedure for people that come from an East Asian background with little or no upper eye lid creases. There are two methods for double eyelid surgery including a suture technique, which is less invasive and a surgery technique which is more permanent.
