To schedule an appointment please call our surgery on (08) 9322 1960. Please remember that a referral letter from your General Practitioner will be required for a Medicare Rebate. The fee for a routine consultation with Dr Pham is $136.00.
Your first cosmetic consultation is complimentary with a Nurse Coordinator

Cancellations :
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Your courtesy will make it possible to offer your appointment to another patient. You will be charged a fee of $50.00 if you fail to turn up for an appointment or you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice.
We attempt to accommodate our patient's schedule to the best of our ability. Please be advised that if you do not show for two consecutive appointments, another appointment will not be made.
