Facial plastic surgery perth
Our services
We provide a variety of surgical procedures to address both cosmetic and functional concerns of the face, head, and neck. Each treatment is customised to meet your needs, with an emphasis on achieving natural results, surgical accuracy, and empowering you to make informed decisions.

Rhinoplasty, nasal airway & sinus surgery
Procedures designed to enhance nasal function, correct structural issues, and refine the shape of the nose.
Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty can refine the shape or size of the nose to achieve better balance with your facial features—this may involve adjusting the bridge, tip, or nostrils. The goal is always a natural-looking result that complements your overall appearance.
Septoplasty & functional rhinoplasty
Persistent nasal obstruction or difficulty breathing through the nose may be caused by a deviated septum or nasal valve collapse. Septoplasty and functional rhinoplasty are surgical options that can significantly improve airflow and nasal function. These procedures can also be combined with cosmetic enhancements if desired.
If nasal blockage is affecting your quality of life, we can assess the underlying cause and recommend the right treatment.
Fractured or crooked nose
A nasal fracture can affect both appearance and nasal function. If addressed within 10 to 14 days of injury, repositioning may be possible without major surgery. If the nose has already healed in a misaligned position, surgical correction might be needed.
Recently injured your nose?
Sinus surgery
Focuses on improving breathing and sinus function. In some cases, these procedures are combined with subtle structural changes to the nose to enhance both form and function. Chronic sinus problems can cause ongoing symptoms like congestion, facial pressure, headaches, and recurrent infections. If medications haven’t resolved these issues, endoscopic sinus surgery may be an effective solution.
Face, head & neck surgery
Mole & lesion removal
If a mole or skin lesion has changed, grown, or become bothersome, surgical or non-surgical removal may be considered. While most are harmless, some may need to be removed for medical or aesthetic reasons. Treatment depends on the type, location, and size of the lesion, and options range from shave excision to surgical removal under local or general anaesthetic.
Skin cancer reconstruction
When skin cancer affects the face, head or neck, surgical treatment can leave behind defects that impact both appearance and function. Dr Pham uses reconstructive techniques—such as local flaps or grafts—to restore tissue in a way that aims to preserve your natural features.
If you’ve had skin cancer diagnosed, we can talk through your options.
Facial cosmetic surgery
Procedures that restore facial balance and refresh your appearance.
Face and neck lift
Changes in the lower face and neck—like sagging skin or loss of definition—can develop gradually over time. A face lift or neck lift is designed to reposition deeper facial tissues and reduce excess skin for a smoother, refreshed appearance. This procedure is specifically designed to align with your individual anatomy and desired outcomes.
Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)
Eyelid surgery may be considered when loose or heavy eyelid skin starts to affect your appearance or vision. The procedure removes excess skin and fat from the upper or lower lids, helping to create a more open and rested look.
Brow lift
Facial contouring – lips, cheeks & chin
Volume loss or underdeveloped features can affect facial proportions. Treatments like lip enhancement, cheek augmentation, or chin reshaping may help create a more defined or balanced appearance. Options include surgical implants or non-surgical injectables, depending on your preferences.
Otoplasty (ear pinning)
Otoplasty is a procedure that reshapes or repositions prominent ears. If your ears protrude more than you’d like or have an unusual shape from birth or injury, otoplasty can help enhance their appearance and position.
